PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve freedom of a traveling route of a web by bending a hose constituting an air piping in a curve and providing a regulating means on a side surface of the hose on the air piping for a turn bar for forming an air layer on an outer peripheral surface of the turn bar controlling the travelling route of the web. SOLUTION: A turn bar 2 to reverse front and back surfaces of a web 1 is formed as a hollow sleeve, and a hose 6 is connected to the center of the sleeve through a tube fitting 5, a movable block 9, etc. The other end of the hose 6 is connected to an air tank 8 through a tube fitting 7. In this case, the hose 6 connecting the tube fitting 5 to 7 is bent in a U-shape, and the hose 6 is stored in a duct 11 as a regulating means of a side surface of the hose 6 provided between frames 21, 21 in this state. Consequently, it is possible to eliminate height fluctuation of the hose 6 in the vertical direction and to restrain an arranging space small even in the case where a plural number of the turn bars are provided vertically in parallel. |
