<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a process in which labor is reduced by cleaning in the stop place of a moving machine body, a cleaning time can be shortened remarkably, an adherent substance such as scale is surely removed without the generation of the leakage of a cleaning liquid, and complete cleaning is attained. SOLUTION: A cleaning liquid is made to flow in the reverse direction to that in usual use by a process in which negative pressure suction force is applied associated with the operation of a vacuum pump to provisional piping units 5A, 5B, 5C,..., 5N which are connected with drain piping units 1A, 1B, 1C,..., 1N which are installed separately in a moving machine body 2, to allow a liquid flow in the reverse direction to the drain direction in usual use and the drain piping units 1A, 1B, 1C,..., 1N to perform prescribed cleaning.</p> |
