PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive foamed rubber roller to suppress a cost of a mold to a low value, improve workability of manufacture of the roller, and besides uniformalize distribution of conductivity and hardness throughout the whole of a roller, and stabilize quality. SOLUTION: A ratio (ASP/BSP) of the SP value (ASP) of rubber A, having a higher SP value, to the SP value (BSP) of rubber B having a lower SP value is 1.15 or more and a weight mixture ratio (AW/BW) between the rubber A and the rubber B is 4-1. A conductive foamed rubber roller is prepared by vulcanization-foaming a so formed rubber composition. A core axis-contained rubber cylinder body 5 formed such that the core axis is armored with a rubber composition is charged in a cylinder mold 44, having two ends being opened, such that the core axis 2 is positioned on the central line of a cylinder mold 44 and vulcanization-foamed. 'ASKER(R)' hardness is 40 or less and a difference (ΔLogR) between the maximum value and the minimum value of a logarithm LogR of electric resistance R of each of the longitudinal direction and a peripheral direction is 0.4 or less.
