FIELD: wind- power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has kinematically intercoupled windmill and working machine, air loop incorporating air or nitrogen liquefying device electrically connected to windmill to function as energy consumer that incorporates heat-transfer unit, liquid air or nitrogen storage unit, drive kinematically coupled with working machine, and heat absorber communicating with environmental atmosphere. Metering pump is inserted in air loop between liquid air or nitrogen storage unit and drive; the latter is, essentially, positive-displacement air motor connected to heat absorber communicating with surrounding atmosphere; plant proper is provided, in addition, with liquefying device delivery controller. EFFECT: reduced space requirement and energy loss, augmented heat transfer from plant, provision for energy storage for its use in calm weather. 10 cl, 5 dwg
