PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent adhesive properties of a sheet unit such as an emblem plate or the like by inserting the unit for forming an intermediary layer of a blended polymer made of a polar material or non-polar material and having a polar component and a non-polar component on one main surface into a mold, and molding it. SOLUTION: After an emblem plate 5 having a base material layer 51 formed with a design or the like and a protective layer 52 is positioned and set in a mold 7, a resin for constituting an intermediary layer 6 is injection molded from an inlet 71 in a cavity 72. The resin for constituting the layer 6 is a blended polymer containing addition polymerization and condensation polymerization thermoplastic block elastic materials as main components. The plate 5 in which the layer 6 is heat fusion bonded to the one main surface is set and positioned in a mold 8. Then, a resin for constituting an air bag cover 1a is injection molded from an inlet in a cavity 82, and the layer 6 is heat fusion bonded to the cover 1a. Thus, they can be complexed by a sufficient bonding strength. |
