PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a surgical operation to a moving tissue such as the heart by laterally extending each leg, which is to be connected to the far end of a tube to be connected to a suction source, from the tube, arranging the leg adjacently to a front face and the body tissue and further providing a leg having a far surface having the outer peripheral edge of a spherical contour. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a stabilizer 1 and a retractor 20 and attached to a bridge bar 10 of the retractor 20. The stabilizer 1 is attached to the suction source by a flexible hose 2 and the far end is in contact with a stabilized body organ 138 but composed of a left leg 69 and a right leg 68 and placed so as to be bridged over the blood vessel to be operated sometimes as well. The left leg 69 and the right leg 68 are formed like a clamshell at the point of being made hollow and crescent-shaped. When the body tissue 138 is in contact along with the entire peripheral edge of each leg and the suction source is communicated through the stabilizer 1 and an air passage to each leg, both the legs 69 and 68 keep the state of reinforcing the tight adhesion to the body tissue 138. Clamping force required for such a state is determined by the degree of sealing and the degree of vacuum. |
