PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a waterproof function and costlessly install panels onto the outside face of a building by inserting fixing tools for a solar battery panel into an opening of a substrate member and fixing the collar face onto the panel face and putting the collar between the substrate member and the panel and inserting the output power cable into the fixing tool. SOLUTION: Locking tools 39 are erected from the substrate member such as sheathing roof boards 35 to engage building members and the sheathing members 35 and the building members are wholly connected and fixed to each other. An air layer is arranged in the gap 19 between the substrate member 7 and the solar battery panel 9 at one face side of the substrate member 7 to suppress temperature increase in summer or the like. And further, even when rainwater penetrates between the panel 9 and the substrate member 7 and it is frozed during night, the air layer serves to prevent freezing of water. Accordingly, the structure prevents the distance between the panel 9 and the substrate member 7 from varying and the panel 9 from peeling off. The fixing tool 15 of the panel 9 is inserted into the opening of the substrate member 7 and the collar face 17 is fixed to the panel 9 face. In this way, it prevents completely rainwater from penetrating and the output power cable 21 of the panel can be taked out to the outside in a simple structure while obtaining various actions and effects. |
