<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash over all length of a tubular body while a garbage is easily exhausted without impairing an inner wall surface of the tubular body by providing a washing device with a holding part of the tubular body and a jet part jetting a washing medium into the tubular body, and also providing the jet part with a mechanism pivoting and reciprocating. SOLUTION: A holding part for holding a glass tube 3 is composed of a rubber-made chuck 1 of which an upper part is open. As a jet part of compressed air as a washing medium, a compressed air guide tube 6 and a ring nozzle 5 at its tip are provided, and a compressed air sending flexible tube 8 is provided at the other end via a rotary joint 8a. The compressed air guide tube 6 is so constituted as to pivot with a servomotor 7 fixed onto a support plate 9. In order to reciprocate the compressed air guide tube 6, linear guides 10, 11 sliding both sides of the support plate 9, and a reciprocating mechanism having and air cylinder 12 as a driving source, are provided. The ring nozzle 5 reciprocates while rotating regularly and reversely toward an inner wall surface, thus removing thoroughly stains on the inner wall surface of the glass tube by jetting compressed air.</p> |
