<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aq. pigment dispersion which contains a pigment finely dispersed therein, has a good storage stability, and can form a coating film excellent in water resistance, durability, and fastness. SOLUTION: An aq. pigment dispersion, having a vol. average particle size of 10-500 nm. is prepd. by dispersing a water-contg. cake contg. a resin having a carboxyl-group-based acid value of 30-120, a pigment, and a dispersant in an aq. medium by neutralizing at least a part of the carboxyl groups with a basic compd.</p> |
