PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal material original plate in which 'peculiarity' information of a metal material original plate is provided as electronic information, and the metal material original plate is provided with collating information to achieve manpower-saving for working and high efficiency. SOLUTION: A computer 2 conducts process control and data incorporating control. A scanning thermometer 6 measures the surface temperature of a steel plate IR already passed through a hot working leveller 11 to obtain T (x, y), and the residual stress valueσC(x, y) is computed by an operating control device 4. A host computer 1 incorporates a computed value to write electronic information and matching information on a recording medium, and write matching information also in the steel plate. |
