PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound excellent in injection moldability and heat resistance, impact resistance, and weathering resistance as well by mixing a combination of a pelletized ABS resin with a powdery PVC resin in a specified ratio with specified amounts of an alkyl (meth)acrylate resin, a stabilizer, and a lubricant. SOLUTION: This compound is obtained by mixing a combination of 20-70 wt.% ABS resin with 80-30 wt.% PVC resin, per 100 pts.wt. PVC resin, 0.5-20 pts.wt. alkyl (meth)acrylate resin, 3-12 pts.wt. stabilizer, and 3-12 pts.wt. lubricant. The ABS resin used is one comprising 40-85 wt.% polymer prepared by bulk-polymerizing 15-35 wt.% vinyl cyanide compound, 85-65 wt.% aromatic vinyl compound, etc., and having a reduced viscosity of 0.20-0.55 dl/g and 60-15 wt.% polymer prepared by emulsion-polymerizing 60-15 wt.% monomer mixture comprising 15-35 wt.% vinyl cyanide compound, 85-65 wt.% aromatic vinyl compound, etc., in the presence of 40-85 wt.% diene rubber and having a rubber content of 10-40 wt.%. |
