PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a cylindrical member in such a manner as to be rotatable and non-detachable by molding a cylindrical member molding having a spiral groove and an engaging groove forming part on the inner wall surface, and bending the upper circumferential part of the cylindrical member molding to the inside by use of heat or ultrasonic wave to form a collar part. SOLUTION: A cylindrical member molding 17 having a spiral groove 9 opened in the lower end on the inner wall surface and an engaging groove forming part 16 protruded upward on the upper end part is molded by a prescribed molding method by use of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material such as polycarbonate in a molding process of cylindrical member molding. After the molding step of cylindrical member molding, the engaging groove forming part 16 of the cylindrical member molding 17 molded is bent in a bending process 19 utilizing heat or ultrasonic wave to form a flange-like collar part 10 having a tip part protruded inward, and an engaging groove 10a is formed on the inside thereof. Thus, the cylindrical member 11 can be made rotatable and non-detachable. |
