PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage-treating apparatus capable of carrying out fermentation treatment in nearly same advancing state at all height positions in a treating tank. SOLUTION: This garbage-treating apparatus is equipped with a nearly inverted conical treating tank 10 for housing a fermentation promoter in which a fermented microorganism is previously sown and an organic matter such as garbage in hermetically sealable state, a rotation shaft 12 supported in a state in which the treating tank is passed through in vertical direction and rotated and driven by a motor 21 connected to the upper end or lower end, plural cutter wings 14 fixed in cantilever-like state at intervals in vertical direction to the rotation shaft and pulverizing and mixing the fermentation promoter and the organic matter and a temperature sensor 16 for detecting a temperature in plural parts at a distance in vertical direction of the treating tank. Since the treating tank 10 has inverted conical shape and pulverizing and mixing of a fermentation promoter and an organic matter are carried out by plural cutter wings 14 attached to the rotation shaft 12, sufficient pulverizing and mixing can be carried out in small rotation resistance in all regions in height direction of the treating tank 10. |
