<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a tread surely and accurately by simple installation work, in a tread forming device. SOLUTION: The tread forming device is comprised of a tread plate 1 arranged between surface portions 21, 22 so that two surface portions 21, 22 which are discontinuous vertically, or discontinuous horizontally or discontinuous vertically and horizontally may be made continuous, a bag 10 mounted on the underside of the tread plate 1 and variable in cubic capacity, a tread support 15 formed by injecting a foamed resin material or cured resin material into the bag 10 and supporting the tread plate 1 in a formed condition. Injecting the foamed resin material or cured resin material into the bag 10 and forming the tread support 15 in the bag 10 permit the height of the tread plate 1 to be set optimally easily in relation to the surface portions 21, 22 by the fine adjustment of the height of the tread plate 1 and thereby help secure the correctness of the installation of the tread plate 1.</p> |
