FORMATION OF DOUBLE COATING FOR PC STEEL LAID WIRE, DOUBLE COATED PC STEEL LAID WIRE AND DEVICE FOR FORMING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective coating for protecting a rust preventive coating formed each of the outer circumferences of a core wire and side wires of PC steel laid wires from receiving a damage in installation thereof. SOLUTION: This method for forming a double coating for PC steel laid wires, is provided by unraveling the laid parts of the PC steel wires successively, forming a rust preventive coating 21 at the outer circumferences of a core wire 1a and side wires 1b of the PC steel 1 laid wires becoming a state of unlaid principle wires, re-laying the wires for returning to the original state, forming a protective coating 22 by using a synthetic resin powdery material containing an artificial bone powder or an artificial mica powder, so that the rust preventive coating 21 does not receive any harm by an outside force during installation thereof, and also preventing the reduction of the adhesion with a concrete caused by the protective coating 22 by unevenness in the surface of the protective coating formed by the artificial bone powder and the artificial mica powder.
