METHOD FOR HEATING LAMINATE OF RUBBER AND METAL PLATE, AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating method by which it is possible to obtain rubber vulcanized moldings which are homogeneous and of high quality in a method for heating a laminate of an unvulcanized rubber and a metal plate by magnetic induction. SOLUTION: A laminate made up of unvulcanized rubbers 3 and metal plates 2 laminated alternately is arranged under the influence of an induction coil 11, then alternating current is applied to the induction coil 11 to generate eddy current in current in each of the metal plates 2 which form the laminate 1 and in turn, heat each of the metal plates 2. Thus the unvulcanized rubbers 3 are heated by the conduction of heat from each of the metal plates 2. During heating and heat-up process, the fluid temperature of the rubber at the point of time when it is reached is kept as it is for a specified time and after that, the heat-up process is again initiated.
