PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a high quality nonwoven fabric of ultrafine fiber absent of shot, excellent in homogeneity and useful for filter use or the like. SOLUTION: A spinneret has nozzles 3 arranged in a raw each consisting of a die nose 1 and a pair of tips 2. Each of the nozzles has the following structure: the cross-sectional form of the die nose 1 is an equilateral triangle via an orifice 6; the width L of a slit between the long side of the die nose 1 and the lip 2, which becomes a path of fraction fluid, is 0.3-2.0 mm; a set back S, i.e., the distance from the front end 4 of the orifice opening of the die nose 1 to the front end face 5 of the lip is 0-2.0 mm: and the ratio (S/L) of the slit width L to the set back S is 0.7-1.3. |
