摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress centrifugal oil pressure generated in a cylinder chamber of clutch piston in a tandem piston type wet multiple disk clutch, and improve clutch release characteristic. SOLUTION: Two clutch pistons 1, 2 which are arranged on a tandem in order from a bottom wall 4b side of a clutch dram 4 and whose pressure receiving area are different from each other, are slidably fitted to the inside of the clutch dram 4, and clutch fastening is carried out by fluid pressure which is supplied to a cylinder chamber partitioned between the bottom wall 4b of the clutch drum 4 and the clutch piston 1, and a cylinder chamber S2 partitioned between both clutch pistons 1, 2. Either one clutch piston 1 whose pressure receiving area is small in two clutch pistons 1, 2, is arranged on a side in proximity to the bottom wall 4b of the clutch dram 4 from one clutch piston 2 whose pressure receiving area is large.</p>
