PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method for a martensitic stainless steel which is excellent in joining strength and toughness, moreover whose working time is short. SOLUTION: Between the martensitic stainless steels, an insert material consisting of Ni-based alloy foil 20μm to 100μm in thickness and whose melting point is 1250 deg.C or below, is inverted. Under the conditions of 1290 deg.C-1400 deg.C joining temperature, 3 Mpa-9 MPa pressuring force and 30 sec-180 sec holding time, joining is performed under a nonoxidation atmosphere. After cooling the joined part almost to the room temperature, it is reheard to from 600 deg.C to a temperature below the A1 transformation point of a material to be joined. For the surface roughness Rmax of a joined boundary, 50μm or below is preferable, and for heating, high-frequency induction heating or high-frequency direct energizing heating applies to.
|
