<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary elevator post disassembling and assembling method for building construction, capable of eliminating the possibility of damaging the wall face of a building by the contact with the disconnected post members of a temporary elevator in the midst of being moved down to a ground, and performing safe and efficient post disassembling without the need for a rope. SOLUTION: A guide carriage 8 arranged to be movable up and down along a post 1 for a temporary elevator for building construction, to which plural post members 1a are vertically connected, is moved up near a disconnection position for the post 1 and locked to the post with a first locking means. The post members 1a disconnected at the disconnection position are lifted up with a hoisting means and locked to the guide carriage 8 with a second locking means, the guide carriage 8 is unlocked from the first locking means and moved down along the post 1 and the members 1a are unlocked from the second locking means and removed.</p> |
