PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rabyrinth/brush merging seal for rotary machine. SOLUTION: An arc form segment 32 with a specified axial direction size which carries leakage stopping teeth separating in the directions of plural axes, and extending in the peripheral direction and in the radial direction; and bristle lines 328 carried at the position in a specified axial direction along the segment 32 by the segment 32, projecting accross the radial direction size of the above teeth, and extending at least in one peripheral direction; are included, and the above bristles are held in the first flexible carrying strip which is supported slidable and removable in a slot 30 provided to the segment 32. |
