PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly install a wind power generator and to suppress transmittion of vibration and noise to a setting sill by fixing a wind power generator to one of vibration absorber, and supporting an upper end of a supporting pipe by an intermediate part lower part of the other of the vibration absorber inserted into the supporting pipe. SOLUTION: A vibration absorber 3 is composed of an insert part 21 inserted into a power generator installing part 20 and a supporting pipe 2, and an intermediate part 22 whose diameter is thicker than that of the supporting pipe 2 between the power generator installing part 20 and the inserting part 21. The diameter of the inserting part 21 is set to the nearly same thickness as the inner diameter of the supporting pipe 2, an upper end of the supporting pipe 2 is inserted in a recessed part (a groove) 23 formed on a lower surface of the intermediate part 22, and the inserting part 21 is inserted therein. The supporting pipe 2 is held between the inserting part 21 and the intermediate part 22 in the recessed part 23, and thereby, the vibration absorber 3 and the power generator 1 installed on an upper part of the vibration absorber 3 are stably fixed. |
