摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain concrete having excellent quick-setting disposition and developing high mechanical strength by including a quick setting material with calcium aluminate glass and aluminum sulfate as active ingredients and cement containing a specific amount or greater of SO3 component. SOLUTION: The subject spraying material, 100 pts.wt. in total, comprises 3-15 pts.wt. of a quick-setting material comprising 100 pts.wt. of calcium aluminate glass and 10-30 pts.wt. of aluminum sulfate calculated as anhydride having a Blaine value of 3,000-9,000 cm<2> /g, respectively, as two active ingredients, and also <=0.75 wt.% of an alkali metal component calculated as Na2 O, and cement containing >=3 wt.% of SO3 component such as Portland cement; besides, if needed, the above spraying material may be incorporated with 100-300 pts.wt., based on 100 wt.% of the cement, of aggregate such as silica sand, and additive(s) such as a setting regulator, AE agent, water reducing agent and/or fluidizing agent; wherein, the calcium aluminate glass is a kind of glass containing 35-55 wt.% of CaO, which is produced by quenching and vitrifying a melt formed at a temperature of as high as 1,200-1,700 deg.C by mixing a calcia stock with an alumina stock.
