PLASMA THERMAL-SPRAYING METHOD ONTO INNER SURFACE OF CLOSED SPACE HAVING INLET/OUTLET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a good thermal-spraying film to a desirable portion which can not directly look the inner surface in a closed space surrounded with a material to be thermal-sprayed and having inlet/outlet, from the outside. SOLUTION: The tip part 4a of a microscope 4 is inserted toward the inner surface 1a from the inlet/outlet of the closed space of the material to be thermal sprayed. The degree of damage at the damaged part 1c on the inner surface is inputted in a personal computer 5 after removing the microscope, a thermal- spraying torch is inserted into the closed space 2 from the inlet/outlet 1b and the thermal-spraying nozzle thereof is directed toward the damaged part based on the output from the personal computer to execute the thermal-spraying.
