MANUFACTURE OF DECORATIVE PLATE WITH FINE WOODGRAIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a decorative plate in which a fine woodgrain is reproduced by eliminating an unnecessary protrusion and recess part or a duck. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a decorative plate with a fine woodgrain comprises a fancy veneer original manufacturing step of manufacturing a fancy veneer original without surface polishing the veneer by laminating the veneer having the fine woodgrain on a woody fiber plate, a master die manufacturing step of manufacturing a master die having a protrusion and recess pattern to which a fine protrusion and recess part of the original is transferred by placing a silicone rubber liquid having a viscosity of 500 poise or less on a surface of the original, and an intermediate die manufacturing step and a production die manufacturing step of respectively manufacturing an intermediate die and a production die to which the pattern of the master die is transferred by a film method or the like. The method further comprises the steps of placing an uncured resin on a decorative plate base material, coating the resin layer with the production die, forming a resin layer to which the pattern of the production die is transferred, surface polishing the resin layer, coating the surface with a colorant, scraping the colorant by using a squeegee made of an urethane rubber having a rubber hardness of 60 to 75 degrees, filling a coloring agent in a recess part of the resin layer, and then forming a top coating layer on the resin layer.
