PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the variation of game display form by providing a reel illuminating device for illuminating a reel unit with plural cold cathode tubes different in color, and flashing at least one of the plural cold cathode tubes on the basis of the judging result of a game condition judging means. SOLUTION: A reel unit 30 formed by arranged rotary reels 31-33 side by side is disposed in a display window 20 provided in the substantially central part of a slot machine 10, and a reel illuminating devide 40 is arranged in a slant face of the reel unit 30 in the slot machine 10. The reel illuminating device 40 is formed by plural, for example, two neon tubes as cold cathode tubes, and flashing of the tubes is controlled by a game control device. That is, during a game, the prize winning is judged from the stop pattern on an effective line when all reels 31-33 are stopped, and flashing of the neon tubes 41, 42 are controlled according to the judging results on whether a big bonus game, a regular bounds game, a replay game or the like is established or not. |
