摘要 FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: placed in cell 1 filled with blood plasma sample is metal ferromagnetic ball 2. During rotation of cell, ball is attracted to magnet 5 of transducer 3 and is not involved in rotation. Added to sample is reagent initiating the reaction of coagulation. Simultaneously, time counting is started in microprocessor 11 by starting device 12, and current source 6 is switched on to actuate Hall transducer 4. Blood coagulation results in catching of bass 2 by sample, and it starts rotating together with cell 1. Rotation of ball is registered by Hall transducer at the moment of completion of blood coagulation. Pulse from Hall transducer via amplifier 7, high-pass filter 8 and low-pass filter 9 enters microprocessor 10. Microprocessor discontinues time counting and transmits value of registered time value to indicator 13. EFFECT: higher accuracy and objectivity of diagnosis due to high efficiency of operation of ball coagulometer consisting in high reliability of registration of time of coagulation in analysis of blood coagulation system, in particular, in determination of basic tests of coagulogram based on registration of fibrination process. 1 dwg
