FIELD: mechanical engineering; electronic and chemical industries. SUBSTANCE: device is furnished with supports for articles. One of supports has vertical and horizontal displacement drives. Each drive has hollow flexible members of similar design which are placed in communication with working medium pressure source. Other support can have similar horizontal displacement drive with hollow flexible members communicating with working medium pressure source. Articles are moved when working medium is delivered into flexible members at definite sequence. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions, enlarged operating capabilities of device. 8 cl, 2 dwg
