TEMPERATURE-AND-TIME INDICATOR OF DRY-HEAT STERILIZATION

FIELD: medicine, particularly, methods of dry-heat sterilization; may be used in veterinary science, treatment of foodstuffs and in various production processes where dry-heat sterilization required. SUBSTANCE: indicator is used in the form of anionic sefadex of A-25 and A-50 grades. Manufactured on their base indicators are applied in thin layer to paper tapes and placed in glass ampules and change their color in heating from white to dark red depending on level of temperature and time of sterilization. The method allows monitoring of higher temperature and time of exposition in dry-heat sterilization. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
