PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated type sphygmomanometer capable of making the holding of the engaged state of the hole of a main body and the hook for locking of a curler regardless of the attaching and detaching operations of a cuff and the miniaturization of the whole by narrowing the width of the main body in the spreading direction of the collar be compatible. SOLUTION: The curler 30 incorporated in the cuff is provided with the hooks 31 and 32 for locking to be engaged with the hole of the main body and a locking piece 33, one part is a thin part 30a, the other part is a thick part 30b and the boundary of both parts 30a and 30b is turned to a supporting point to be elastically curved. The hook 31 for locking is projectingly provided in a direction vertical to the spreading direction of the curler 30 on the side of the thick part 30b at the boundary of the thin part 30a and the thick part 30b and the hook 32 for locking and the locking piece 33 are projectingly provided in the same direction on the thick part 30b.
