PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material which can form a coating film which meets the two contradictory characteristics, namely, slipperiness and adhesion to a touch-up agent or the like and to provide an adhesive which meets the two incompatible characteristics, namely, blocking resistance and adhesion. SOLUTION: There is provided inorganic-particle-containing particles C which contain a copolymer prepared by copolymerizing a monomer mixture consisting essentially of an olefin and a monomer having a glycidyl group and an ethylenic unsaturation and at least one type of particles selected from among inorganic particles, teflon particles, and silicone rubber particles. |
