PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compsn. which is excellent in antimicrobial mildewproof properties and persistence of midewproof properties by compounding a specific organopolysiloxane, a compd. selected from among specific silane compds. and hydrolyzates thereof, a specific triazolyl-containing compd., and an inorg. antimicrobial agent, each in a specified amt. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane selected from among compds. of formulas I (R<1> is a 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group; and n is an integer of 10 or higher) and II, 0.1-30 pts.wt. compd. selected from among sitane compds. having 2-4 Si-bonded hydrolyzable groups and hydrolyzates thereof, 0.1-5 pts.wt. triazolyl-containing compd. of formula III (R<3> and R<4> are each H or a monovalent hydrocarbon group; R<5> and R<6> are each H, alkoxy, or nitrile; Y is hydroxyl or nitrile; and X is a triazolyl group), and 0.05-5 pts.wt. inorg. antimicrobial agent. |
