PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable-decrement-type viscous-fluid-filled damper, which restrains a resonant power at a resonant frequency in the mechanism of a body supported, has a damping effect for both low-frequency and high-frequency bands, and varies the damping force according to the amplitude. SOLUTION: An agitating part is inserted and formed in a damper that is filled with a viscous fluid 2. Inside the inner wall of a container 1, an elastic buffer 3 consisting of a gel or foam material, or rubber-like elastic body having an annular bellows at an interval, is provided around the agitating part. As the amplitude of the agitating part by vibration from the outside becomes larger, the agitating part comes into contact with the buffer 3 and the damping force increases by stress relaxation of the buffer 3. |
