PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile a vibration damping effect by an insulator and security of rigidity of a member by forming the member in a box shape having a pair of side plate parts opposed by sandwiching the insulator and the bottom plate part to connect the respective side plate parts, and arranging the insulator on the inside. SOLUTION: A member 20 is formed in a box shape having a pair of side plate parts 21, 22 opposed by sandwiching an insulator 40 and a bottom plate part 23 to connect the respective side plate parts 21, 22 so that the insulator 40 is arranged on the inside. According to this structure, a vertical directional dimension of the respective side plate parts 21, 22 can be set to a maximum in a lower limited space of a power plant. Therefore, flexural rigidity of the member 20 can be sufficiently secured to a load inputted from the power plant through an inner cylinder 31. The volume of an elastic body to constitute the insulator 40 can be sufficiently set in the vertical direction to sufficiently secure an effect to damp vibration transmitted to a car body from the power plant. |
