FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, in particular, continuous casting machine with multiple-roller drawing-straightening device, may be used for creating automatic control system for steel blank continuous casting process. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has engines positioned on radial and curved portions of secondary cooling zone. On the basis of total current intensity value of all engines, changed value of ingot drawing speed is delivered to engine control system of horizontal portion of working zone. As a result, ingot drawing force is uniformly distributed along secondary cooling zone. EFFECT: improved quality of ingot by reduced number and depth of hole-like and perpendicular cracks developed due to bulging of blank between rollers. 2 dwg |
