PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem from an aspect of food sanitation and to simplify a working process by suspending laminated paper having a pattern printed on its side surface on the side of a fixed mold between the fixed mold and a movable mold as a free end performing injection molding by the fixed mold and the movable mold. SOLUTION: The laminated paper released from a laminated paper wound roller 18 is held between a drive roller 16 and a pressure contact roller 17 to be suspended between a lower fixed mold 4 and a movable mold 5. This laminated paper is formed into a transparent sheet form by the same synthetic resin material as a molded tray D and a pattern is printed on one side surface thereof and the printed surface is turned toward the inside of a forming space, that is, toward the fixed mold 4. In the arrangement state of the laminated paper, the movable mold 5 is brought into contact with the fixed mold 4 and, when a molten synthetic resin raw material is injected from an ejection orifice, the molded tray D fused to the laminated paper is formed. |
