PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liposomed preparation administrable by intravenous injection, capable of efficiently delivering and accumulating an active component to a tumor tissue, having low side action and exhibiting excellent antitumor effect by including a specific compound as an active component. SOLUTION: The objective preparation is produced by including a compound of formula (R<1> and R<2> are each palmitoyl) as an active component. The preparation preferably contains a lipid selected from palmityl glucuronide, cholesterol, dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine and dipalmitoyl phosphatidylglycerol as liposome-constituting lipid. As necessary, an additive such asα-tocopherol can be used as a lipid constituting component. In the case of using the preparation as an antitumor agent, the daily administration dose of the preparation for adult is preferably 1-500 mg of the compound of formula in one or several divided doses by intravenous injection or direct administration to the tumor tissue.
