The two primary tubes (1,2) with flat sides facing are joined by a communal coaxially bushed (8) crosspiece (9) which passes through both tubes (1,3) and locates a bearing (10) in its center. The flat sides are produced by one-piece elements (5,6) joined to the two tubes (1,2) and arranged diametrically opposite one another, the element made of centrally bored metal blocks, cradled on their face to enclose the tubes. The block holes register once connected to the tubes. The bearing (10) is made of low-friction material traversed by the crosspiece (9) and the hard, self-lubricating bushing (8). The bearing (10) also serves to locate the elements (5.6) to which the flat tube sides are welded. |
