PURPOSE: To surely reshape materials for forming GANMODOKI fried soybean curd mixed with bits of vegetables and tiny pieces of seaweed having rough surface due to hand-making into a properly adjusted shape with its surface smoothed in high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The material 2 for forming GANMODOKI formed in an almost disk shape is placed on a flat plate 1 and covered with a bowl 3 which has a circular inner space 4 whose diameter and thickness are larger than those of the material 2 and the shoulder part between the upright surface 5 and the bottom surface 6 is shaped in an arc face 7. The bowl 3 is horizontally vibrated so that the bowl 3 may revolve along the surface of the flat plate reshape the material 2 to a smooth-surfaced form circular in the plain view and elliptic in the sectional view. |
