PURPOSE: To provide a system which effectively sets the time of a time service and to change commodities in accordance with constitution of shopping members by collecting the number of members classified by attributes of members in a membership shop for self-shopping with a portable scanner in real time. CONSTITUTION: When reading the member number of a member's card, a scanner dispenser 4 allows the. portable scanner to be taken out and stores the taking-out time (entrance time) and the return time (leaving time) of the scanner and the member number and transmits them to a central controller 8, and the central controller 8 successively calculates and stores the number of persons classified by attributes of shopping members in accordance with reception data and preliminarily stored member data and outputs it as need. |
