This invention is used in the colour cathode-ray tube production industry and is intended for colour cathode-ray tube screen node disassembling. The colour cathode-ray tube screen node disassembling device consists of a stand (1), node fastening panel (2), screen node basing elements (3), base supports (4), a turn gear (5), tappet (6), trackers (7), tracker axles (8), sliders (9), slider deflectors (10), depression panel of the thermal compensatory spring (11), depression pin of pressure distributor lever (12) and pressure distribution device (13). The colour cathode-ray tube screen node disassembling device depresses the pressure distribution device (13) lever. The compressed air, caught in the turn of the gear pressure cylinder, turns the tappet at a certain angle (6). The turning tappet (6) in its working grooves affects the trackers (7) and sliders (9) and provides sliding movements. The sliders (9) move together through the depression panel of the thermal compensatory spring (11) installed on its ends and depresses all the thermal compensatory springs at the same time, thus separating the colour cathode-ray tube screen from the grid node.When the colour cathode-ray tube screen is taken out, the depression pin (12) is released, therefore compressed air, moving in the opposite direction, reverses the turn gear pressure cylinder and the working nodes of the device get into initial position. |
