The cable connector provides a plug fitting, linking conductors through the vehicle bodywork. The cable connection device for vehicle aerial cables (1,5,10) comprises a length of tubing (25) which is intended to be guided through an opening (15) in the bodywork of the vehicle (20). The cables feeding the aerial pass through this tube. Within the tube there is a precisely positioned connector with terminals to which the wires (35,40) coming from the aerial are attached. On the other side of the connector, facing the vehicle interior, the connector has terminals (30) which fit with a correspondingly shaped terminal (50). This terminal carries cables (1,5,10) which are then connected to equipment within the vehicle. The connector includes an elbow shape section which is pref. very near to being a right angle. |
