The new sealed reservoir (3) diffuses one or more doses of fluid product. Its envelope includes flexible material. Squeezing it bursts the envelope, liberating the contents. In novel design, the envelope has a localised zone of weakness. This forms a pre-opening (5) where bursting occurs instantly. Thus the pre-opening channels liquid in a predetermined direction. Also claimed is a related device applying a temporarily-adhesive tattoo. Ink for the tattoo is located on the external surface of an applicator pad. On squeezing the reservoir, the pre-opening bursts, the pad is moistened and the tattoo is transferred directly onto the chosen surface. The envelope comprises two plastic films (1) hermetically bonded e.g. by adhesion or welding at the periphery. Between them, they define the reservoir. The pre-opening is formed by pre-cutting the envelope, preferably in the shape of a cross. It is alternatively a zone thinned by local envelope deformation. It can be a zone of weakened welding, whereas the remainder of the peripheral bond is a permanent weld. The weakened zone lies between a gripping tab-shaped zone on one of the films, and a corresponding portion of the other film, the portions being superposed and extending at some distance from the periphery of the reservoir. A variety of implementations based on the above principles, is also presented. An applicator pad (6) may be attached over the pre-opening.
