The upper rear part of the push chair chassis incorporates a safety belt (1) for supporting the back of a child who has climbed on the chassis rear. The safety belt consists of a strap fixed by one end to the corresponding part of the chassis side. Its free end is freely mounted so as to allow it to be clipped and unclipped on a fixing part (8) fixed to the other chassis side.
