The invention relates to an anti-theft case comprising a mobile trigger (3) which in its locked position prevents the removal of the protected article. The trigger (3) is held in a locked position by a means able to interact with a magnetic unlocking tool. The invention is characterized in that said means is formed by a metallic counter-weight (13) which constitutes a shoulder (16) which in the locked position presses against a shoulder (11) provided for on the fixed part. The two shoulders (11, 16) are substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the mobile trigger (3) is displaced to move into the unlocked position.
