The tubular section (12) accommodates a spring (13) and a ball (16). An upper section (20) has two elongated second flanges which extend from its underside and an aperture (22) which penetrates it and is arranged between the two second flanges. An elongated strip (30) has a number of holes (31,33) and a usable head (300) formed at one of the two ends. The strip is between the lower (10) and the upper sections. An operating component (14) is between the upper section and the strip and has an upper end extending out of the aperture (22). It also has a projection (141) extending downwards through one of the holes (31) and contacting the ball. An arm (17) extends from the operating component and has a point (150) which is introduced into another hole.
