This invention relates to a controlled releasing antibiotics preparation and more particularly, to the controlled releasing antibiotics preparation formulated in such a manner that some antibiotics used for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases are included in a biodegradable polymer to prepare a microgranule type in a certain size with relatively lesser specific surface area than the conventional one, so as to ensure that a) the sustained releasing effect of drug may be demonstrated in a certain concentration and rate through proper prevention of transient excess of drug, and b) any local administration of antibiotics may be available via such mechanism particularly, together with detoxication associated with excessive dose and less side effects.
