A resin composition excellent in weatherability, impact resistance, transparency, and other properties which comprises 5 to 50 wt.% modified acrylic elastomer ingredient (A) or modified polyurethane ingredient (D) and 50 to 95 wt.% acrylic polymer ingredient (B) comprising at least 50 wt.% methyl methacrylate units and has a two-phase microstructure which comprises a continuous phase of ingredient (A) or (D) and particles of ingredient (B) dispersed therein and in which at least part of ingredient (A) or (D) has been chemically bonded to at least part of ingredient (B); and a molded article comprising the resin composition.
