<p>This invention provides a method of producing a fusion protein comprising an antibody portion and a further biologically active portion, the method comprising forming a virus-based construct including a DNA sequence encoding the fusion protein and infecting cells or an organism with the thus constructed virus-based construct whereby the fusion protein is expressed in in vitro in the cells, or in vivo in the organism.</p> |
