SMOOTHING DEVICE FOR WARRANTY SEALS OF BOTTLES

Smoothing device for seals, used for any type of bottles and wherein all rotation speeds of the head can be used since there is a dynamic balance between all the centrifugal forces which are exerted on the smoothing tool during the encapsulation process. The counterweight on which the spring system works to transmit the force to the smoothing tool has the appropriate shape, size and configuration to compensate the centrifugal forces and eliminate the problems due to the combined efforts on the capsule. The pitch of the smoothing tool can be reduced by the combined movement of rotation and vertical displacement of the head thereby reducing the capsule material with such progressive lamination which extends the capsule applied to the bottle.
